I had a very disappointing experience with this technician Mr. Manoj regarding troubleshooting my car’s lean-running condition. The vehicle was given to him only for troubleshooting and to provide a quotation for repairs. Instead, he kept the car for 4 days trying different sensors without properly identifying the root cause. During the process, he repeatedly claimed the issue was fixed, but my own OBD2 scan tool data clearly showed the lean condition still existed exactly like before, even after he replaced the MAP sensor and Bank 1 Sensor 2 (B1S2) oxygen sensor. Replacing the B1S2 sensor at this stage made no technical sense because the lean-running condition had not yet been corrected. The rear O2 sensor does not control the air-fuel ratio, and replacing it before fixing the actual lean condition risks contaminating and damaging a newly installed sensor. What makes this worse is that the B1S2 sensor had already been replaced recently by myself, and the live OBD2 data never indicated it was faulty in the first place. Instead of analyzing my engine, I was told I need to extend my warranty and he will get me used working engine. Which would cost me 8000$. I went to other mechanic in Brooklyn and got evaluated , paid 1000$ for correct spark, etc and car is working without a problem. I would not trust this guy, get second opinion on what he is saying.

You couldn’t ask for a more honest and extremely knowledgeable auto mechanic. The owner (I really wish I knew the gentleman’s first name) and his son are truly nice and courteous and will handle any issues you bring them, everything is done in a professional manner and always with the quickest. They never waste time, they do the work right the first time and for a very reasonable price. I recommend this auto shop to my family who has used it without complaint and were very happy with the service. A honest mechanic is someone once you find them you hold on to with two arms 🤣 great guys that can be used for any automobile issues including speedy inspections.

Genuinely fair and square, no scams, and wouldn't lie or overprice anything just because customer doesn't know much about his car. You can really trust him and his works. Very reliable and trustworthy( for me that's what most important these days with mechanics). And Owner is a good person in general. Me and my family have been customers for years now. Go and see, you will know.
